Ecuador, a land of kaleidoscopic contrasts and hidden treasures, unfolds like a vibrant tapestry woven with threads of adventure, culture, and untamed beauty.
Nestled between the verdant peaks of the Andes and the lush embrace of the Amazon Rainforest, Ecuador exudes an aura of mystical allure. Its landscape is a canvas painted with the brushstrokes of nature’s finest artistry – from the ethereal mist that shrouds the high-altitude páramo, to the emerald canopies that blanket the depths of the jungle.
Ecuador, a country for me, as a Central European, it’s like being on the other side of the world, so to speak. I’m really grateful that I had the chance to spend some of my life in this country. Ecuador gave me many experiences, a different way of life, and shots or photos I won’t easily forget. It’s an amazing country, often overlooked by travelers for reasons I find hard to understand. A land of incredible food, colors, and nature.
My collection isn’t about classic touristy photographs. I won’t show you pictures of tourist-famous places. My travelling is about evening strolls, searching for a light in the darkness, about exploration.
